Supply air distribution via the VT distribution system

The supply air is conducted from the ventilation unit to the distribution unit via a silencer and a riser main (hose).

Main distributor with connecting lines

One distribution unit is installed on each storey. The distributor consists of the “main distributor and the “sub-distributor which are simply connected in a modular way. If the distributor on the storey is placed under the supply air rooms which are to be connected, the distributor modules “straight are usually used, instead of distributor modules “standard (with bow). The fresh air is supplied from the sub-distributor via our PluggFlex duct to the air outlet and there it is introduced into the room. The amount of air for each outlet can be centrally set due to a throttle at the distributor. The supply air flow rate for the entire building is set at the ventilation system using a wireless remote control.

Each air outlet is connected with an individual PluggFlex duct. The PluggFlex duct PK100, for example, is only 50 mm high and is usually installed under the screed on the bare ceiling. Each air outlet is installed with an at least 5 m long PK100 duct for the purpose of sound insulation. Therefore, with Pluggit ventilation systems, the usual installation of cross-talk sound attenuators is completely unnecessary.

Designer supply air outlets

The air is supplied via an air outlet integrated in the floor or in the wall (preferably under or behind a radiator) which is elegantly covered by a designer grill. There are different designer grills available most of which can be stepped on.

Here you can choose your individual design from our range of elegant air outlets by picture.
