During the refurbishment of a flat in a 9-storey apartment building in Kaufbeuren, the Pluggit room ventilation system was retrofitted.
The object has a living area of 80 square metres with three rooms. The flat was built in the 70ies. The ceiling height is 2.50 metres. Already during the planning stage the supply air and exhaust air volume flows must be determined in compliance with the regulations of the ventilation standard DIN 1946-6. In this case, a supply air volume flow rate of 95 m³/h and an exhaust air volume flow rate of 100 m³/h were determined. The ventilation unit Avent R100 was mounted above the cupboards and covered. The unit is still accessible for maintenance by means of an inspection door.
