Can the ventilation system be constantly operated or is temporary operation more advantageous?

Constant ventilation is favourable in order to

• avoid smelly stagnant air (textiles, furniture).

• avoid mould formation due to high humidity.

• avoid hygienic problems (perhaps mould formation in cold areas) in the air supplied piping.

• support the newly built house (massive construction) in terms of the necessary construction drying.

If needed, the system can be turned off or strongly throttled at particular times of the day using a clock timer. Due to this automatically controlled ventilation-level regulation, the already low power consumption of the ventilation system can, however, only be reduced to a smaller extent.
